NDS the Label will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date on all merchandise unless otherwise stated. If you would like to request a return email customercare@ndsthelabel.com. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached in order to complete your return or exchanged. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label for your order.  

If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the shipping if applicable and customs duty fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the day the return was received for it to be processed and up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear back onto the original form of payment.

Returns of 3 or more items within a single order are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed.

Items made with customized embellishments, in custom sizing or with custom changes are not eligible for return.

Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and are not eligible for return.
