ORDER PROCESS

NDS the label ships from Chicago, Illinois. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. 

Majority of our items are made-to-order. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing and production time before your order is shipped. If a rush order is required, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

We currently offer free shipping and returns on all US domestic orders as well as free shipping on all Australia orders via UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information with a confirmation email. 

ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR

Please ensure your order is shipped to a secure location or that someone will be available between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to receive your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which we will immediately notify you via email using the details provided.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for shipping and customs duty fees for all international orders.

If you refuse a shipment from NDS the label you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to NDS the label.

International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS.
